CSE 4215 :: Mobile Communications

Announcements

  • (Apr 27) Grades have been sent by email (if you're not sure where it went, check your prism email).
  • (Mar 13) Quiz 2 is postponed to March 20. There will be no lecture on March 20.
  • (Mar 4) Graduate students (CSE 5431): Please submit a short (1-paragraph) research proposal for your survey paper by Tuesday, March 13. Your survey paper can either describe a mobile communications protocol (e.g., Bluetooth), or can describe current research on a mobile communications technology (e.g., MIMO). Your survey papers are due at the final exam: Monday, April 16.
  • (Mar 1) Lab cancelled on Friday March 2.
  • (Feb 3) Midterm postponed until Feb 16.
  • (Jan 25) Quiz 1 will now take place on Feb. 2. The quiz will be held in the last 30 minutes of class, from 6:15 PM to 6:45 PM. The quiz will consist of one of the problems from the problem set (verbatim). Graduate students are not required to write the quiz.
  • (Jan 25) Problem set 1 has been posted to the Documents page.
  • (Jan 16) Prof. Eckford is away this week. However, all lectures and labs will proceed as usual.
  • First meeting of the class is January 3, 2012.
  • Labs begin the week of January 9, 2012.
