As announced by the registrar, the final exam for CSE3451 will be held on Fri, 27 Feb 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in CB 122.
The list to topics to be covered for the final exam includes:
1. Introduction to Signals and Systems(Chapter 1, sections 1.1 - 1.5).
2. Introduction to Systems(Chapter 2, sections 2.1 - 2.4).
3. Time Domain Analysis of LTIC Systems (Chapter 3, sections 3.1 - 3.7).
4. Signal Representation through Fourier Series (Chapter 4, sections 4.1 - 4.6).
5. CT Fourier Transform (Chapter 5, sections 5.1 - 5.9).
6. Laplace Transform (Chapter 6, sections 6.1 - 6.9).
7. Time Domain Analysis of LTID Systems (Chapter 10, sections 10.1 - 10.5, 10.7-10.8).
8. DT Fourier Series and Transform (Chapter 11, sections 11.1 - 11.7).
9. Z-transform (Chapter 13, sections 13.1-13.6)
All assignments (Assignment 1 to 5) and Quizzes would also be covered by the final exam. You do not need explicit information on the MATLAB instructions.
You may bring two letter size crib sheets with formulas in the final exam. A nonprogrammable calculator is also allowed.
