2009-Feb-20 Solution to Assignment 5 has been posted. Please note that questions from Chapter 10 have been added to Assignment 5.

2009-Feb-16 The final exam fir CSE3451 will be held on Fri, 27 Feb 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in CB 122. More details to follow in the final tab.

2009-Feb-12 Please note that the due date for submitting report for Lab 4 is Friday, February 13. Lab 5 should be submitted in class on Thursday, February 19.

2009-Feb-12 Handout for Chapter 11 has been updated.

2009-Feb-11 Solution to Assignment 4 has been updated to include Problem 6.14 missing in the earlier version.

2009-Feb-10 Solution to Assignment 4 has been posted.

2009-Feb-03 Assignment 4 has been posted. It will be due on Feb. 10, 2009 in the class with the quiz on Feb. 12, 2009. Solutions will be available on Feb. 10, 2009 after the class lecture.

2009-Jan-29 On Monday (Feb. 02, 2009), we will start Lab 6 - Amplitude Modulation. Time permitting, we may come back to complete Lab 5 - Speech Modeling, Prediction and Synthesis. The handout for the lab is available under the Labs menu. Please review the description before coming to the lab. Note that the lab will be held in CSE3057 from 14:30 - 17:30.

2009-Jan-25 Finally, there is a good prospect of getting back to the course. Once there is an official announcement from the University, please come to the class according to the announced schedule and try not to miss any lecture or lab. Every minute of class time is important this year and it is up to all of us (students and instructor alike) to ensure that no further teaching time is lost. If you promise to work hard, I assure you that the quality and coverage of the course will be kept at the highest possible level, at par with what has been achieved previously when I taught this course.

2008- Oct-30 Lecture slides for this week's lecture on Laplace Transform are posted under the lectures tab.

2008- Oct-17 The rescheduled date for midterm exam is Oct. 28 with Quiz 2 (based on Assignment 2) and Quiz 3 (based on Assignment 3) scheduled for Oct. 21 and Oct 23, respectively. See the link for Grades for additional information along with a sample exam from 2004.

2008- Oct-07 The midterm exam will be held in class on Oct. 21. The weekly schedule of the class has been changed accordingly.
